X.3 parameter 5 (ancillary device (XON/XOFF) flow control) here is the operational value currently in effect at this specific SAP (as opposed to the stored profile template) -- it (0=none, 1=data transfer only, 2=data transfer and command, default none) controls XON/XOFF flow control between the PAD and the terminal.
