What is asySapProfParameter28?
X.3 parameter 28 (flow-control-off character to the ancillary device (vendor extension)) here is the operational value currently in effect at this specific SAP (as opposed to the stored profile template) -- it (default 0; 17=DC1/XON is the common industry value) sets which character the PAD uses to tell an attached ancillary device to pause.
