disable = Allows up to 16 bytes, or 128 bytes for fast select, of user data for the X.28 value command where the Protocol ID field of the user data is not inserted by the Async layer)

What is asySapEnableProtocolId?
This read-write Yes/No flag (default enable) controls whether the Async layer inserts a Protocol ID field into outgoing call user data (per CCITT X.29); enabling it reduces the user-data payload budget (12/124 bytes) versus disabling it (16/128 bytes) for fast-select calls.
