What is cpqUpsOsCommonModuleDate?

This read-only 7-octet string reports the build date of a UPS-related software module, encoding year, month, day, hour, minute, and second. Administrators decode this to confirm when the running UPS module was built, useful when checking for a newer release after a known driver bug. For example, decoding the octets might reveal the module predates a fix the admin is looking for, prompting an update.
