other(1) The agent is unable to determine the type of connection to this storage system.
scsiAttached(2) This storage system is attached to the host via SCSI.
sasAttached(3) This storage system is attached to the host via SAS.
What is cpqSsBoxConnectionType?
This read-only enumerated value reports whether a drive box is connected to the host via SCSI or SAS. Administrators use it to understand the storage interconnect technology in use when planning cabling or troubleshooting connectivity. For example, sasAttached(3) tells the admin this is a SAS-connected enclosure rather than a legacy parallel SCSI one.
