What is cpqSm2NicRecvUnknownPackets?
This read-only Counter tracks packets received with an unrecognized protocol by the Remote Insight/iLO network interface controller. An administrator cares because a rising count may indicate unexpected or malformed traffic hitting the management interface. For example, an admin sees this counter increasing after connecting the iLO port to a switch with an unusual VLAN tagging configuration.
