What is cpqServiceEventSeverity?

This enumerated value reports the severity of the service incident's underlying event as critical, major, minor, warning, or informational, a more granular scale than the two-level cpqServiceIncidentSeverity. Admins use this finer severity scale to prioritize which of several open incidents needs attention first. For example, an incident with eventSeverity critical would be worked ahead of one marked only warning.
