other(1) The library is in a state other than one of those listed below.
ok(2) Indicates that the library is in normal operation mode. No user action is necessary.
degraded(3) Indicates that the library has degraded in some manner.
failed(4) Indicates that the library has failed and can no longer return data. When convenient, you should bring down the server and run diagnostics to help identify the problem. The library may need to be replaced.
What is cpqTapeLibraryCondition?
