What is cpqScsiTrapPkts?

This counter tracks the total number of trap packets the SCSI enterprise has issued since the instrument agent was loaded. Admins use it as a sanity check to confirm the SNMP agent is actively generating traps and to gauge overall event volume from the SCSI subsystem. For example, a trapPkts count that never increases despite known drive failures would suggest trap generation or delivery is broken.
