What is cpqScsiTrapLogMaxSize?

This integer is the maximum number of entries currently kept in the SCSI trap log, with the oldest trap removed once this size is reached and a new trap occurs. It tells an admin how much trap history is retained locally before older events roll off. For example, if trapLogMaxSize is 20, only the most recent 20 SCSI trap events remain queryable via the trap log table.
