What is cpqScsiPhyDrvRotationalSpeed?
This enumerated value reports a drive's rotational speed as other, rpm7200, rpm10K, or rpm15K. Admins use it to verify that drives populating a performance-sensitive array actually match the expected spindle speed. For example, discovering a drive reporting rpm7200 mixed into an array that's supposed to be all 15K rpm disks would explain unexpected latency in that volume.
