What is cpqScsiOsCommonModuleDate?

This read-only OCTET STRING (7 bytes) encodes the module's build date as a structured year, month, day, hour, minute, and second value. Admins use it to determine exactly when a given SCSI-related software module was built, which is useful when comparing modules across servers for consistency. For example, an admin decodes this date field and finds one server's module was built months earlier than its peers, flagging it for an update.
