This Counter reports the lower word of the usable physical capacity in bytes, the space holding valid data, erased and ready for writing, or pending garbage collection. An admin pairs this with the upper-word object to get the full usable capacity figure for tracking how much of the card's real storage remains available for writes. For example, a shrinking combined usable capacity over time relative to used capacity could indicate garbage collection is falling behind write demand.
