Description: An ordered list of trap log entries (conceptually a queue).
The trap log entries will be kept in the order in which they were generated with the most recent trap at index 1 and the oldest trap entry at index trapLogMaxSize. If the maximum number size has been reached and a new trap occurs the oldest trap will be removed when the new trap is added so the trapMaxLogSize is not exceeded.
