Description: Recovery Failed (Bad) Read Error Maximum Threshold.

This shows the maximum threshold of the number of times a read error occurred while performing Automatic Data Recovery from this physical drive to another drive during the reference time (phyDrvRefTime).

This threshold is associated with the cpqDaPhyDrvBadRecvReads object in the Physical Drive Table.

What is cpqDaPhyDrvThrBadRecvReads?

cpqDaPhyDrvThrBadRecvReads is the factory-set maximum threshold for read errors encountered during Automatic Data Recovery onto another drive, corresponding to the cpqDaPhyDrvBadRecvReads counter. Because even a single such error normally halts the recovery process, this threshold formalizes the point at which the source drive is considered to have failed the recovery outright. For example, monitoring software would use this threshold to automatically flag a drive whose bad-recovery-read count exceeds it as no longer usable as a recovery source.
