other(1) The agent is unable to determine the SATA version for this drive or it is not a SATA drive.
sataOne(2) The drive is SATA version one.
sataTwo(3) The drive is SATA version two.
What is cpqDaPhyDrvSataVersion?
cpqDaPhyDrvSataVersion reports which SATA specification version a physical drive uses: other (or not a SATA drive), sataOne, or sataTwo. This matters because SATA I and SATA II drives differ in maximum negotiated link speed, which can affect performance expectations in a mixed array. For example, if one drive reports sataOne among a set of sataTwo drives, an admin would expect that drive to cap out at a lower transfer rate and plan capacity accordingly.
