Description: Array Controller Product Revision.
The Product Revision of the drive array controller. This value can be used to further identify a particular revision of the controller model. This will be one character ASCII value that is zero terminated. If the controller model or the firmware does not support the product revision, the agents will return a NULL string.
What is cpqDaCntlrProductRev?
This is a single-character, null-terminated ASCII string giving the product revision of the array controller, further distinguishing it beyond the model number, and returned as NULL if unsupported. An admin uses it alongside the model and firmware revision to precisely identify a controller variant for support or replacement purposes. For example, a product revision of 'B' combined with the model tells a support technician exactly which controller board revision is installed.
