What is cpqDaCntlrPerfAvgLatency?
cpqDaCntlrPerfAvgLatency reports the average command latency an array controller measured during the sample interval, in units of 1/100,000 of a second. This is a direct measure of how responsive the storage subsystem is to the host, independent of raw command throughput. For example, an admin seeing this average latency climb even while command count stays flat would suspect a failing drive or a cache problem slowing down every request on that controller.
