other (1) Indicates that the instrument agent does not recognize the value. You may need to upgrade the instrument agent.

false(2) Indicates that the array controller's firmware is not locked.

true(3) Indicates that the array controller's firmware has been locked.

What is cpqDaCntlrEncryptFWLockStatus?

This enumerated true/false value reports whether the array controller's encryption firmware has been locked to prevent further changes to its encryption configuration. An admin uses this as a security checkpoint, confirming firmware lock is true once an encryption deployment is finalized so settings can't be tampered with. For example, an admin verifies cpqDaCntlrEncryptFWLockStatus is true after completing an encryption rollout to ensure the configuration is now protected from modification.
