with the most significant octet first.

What is cpqICAOsCommonModuleDate?

This is a 7-octet OCTET STRING encoding the module's build date and time as year, month, day, hour, minute, and second fields. An admin decodes it to confirm exactly when the reporting module was compiled, which helps when comparing agent versions across a fleet of servers. For example, two servers reporting different module dates for the same module name signal that one host still has an older Insight Agent build installed.
