What is cpqHeTrapPkts?

This is a Counter tracking the total number of SNMP trap packets the Server Health agent has issued since it started. An administrator watches this counter to confirm the health agent is actively sending traps and to gauge how chatty or quiet a given server has been. For example, a counter that hasn't incremented in weeks on a server expected to be generating periodic informational traps might indicate the trap-sending mechanism has stalled.
