What is cpqHeResMemBoardHotPlug?

This read-only enumerated value (other, nonHotPluggable, hotPluggable) reports whether this memory board is capable of being removed or inserted while the system runs. It tells an admin whether replacing a flagged board can be done live or requires a full shutdown, mirroring the hot-plug pattern used for fans and power supplies. A nonHotPluggable board flagged degraded means the admin must schedule a maintenance window rather than swap it live.
