What is cpqHeFltTolPowerSupplyHotPlug?
This read-only enumerated value reports whether this specific power supply can be safely removed or inserted live, contingent on being in a redundant state, mirroring the fan hot-plug logic. An admin checks this before attempting to swap a failed supply without powering down the whole server. Even a hotPluggable supply must not be pulled unless cpqHeFltTolPowerSupplyRedundant simultaneously reads redundant.
