What is cpqHeFltTolFanType?
This read-only enumerated value (other, tachOutput, spinDetect) reports the sensing capability of this fan, where tachOutput implies it can increase speed and inherently supports spin detection, while spinDetect can only detect that the fan has stopped. It tells an admin what kind of failure data to expect from this fan: a speed-adjusting fan with tachometer feedback versus a simple stopped-or-spinning fan. A spinDetect-only fan will never report a meaningful RPM value, only whether it is spinning or has stopped.
