What is cpqHeFltTolFanSpeed?
This read-only enumerated value reports the current relative speed setting of the fan, and is only populated when the fan type is tachOutput. An admin checking this on a tachOutput fan can see whether it has ramped up in response to thermal load, unlike a spinDetect fan which will not report this. Seeing a meaningful speed value reported for this fan confirms it is a variable-speed tachOutput fan rather than a simple spin-detect one.
