What is cpqHeCriticalErrorIndex?
This read-only integer (0-65535) is the unique key for one row of the critical-error table, with entries ordered most-recent first. An admin walking this table encounters the newest critical failure first, which speeds up triage instead of having to sort by timestamp. Index 1 in this table always represents the very latest critical error logged on that server.
