This read-only enumerated value reports whether the system is currently tracking correctable memory errors at all. It tells an admin whether the correctable-memory-error table is actively being populated or the feature is disabled or unsupported, before trusting a low error count as good news. If this reads disabled, the admin should enable it rather than assume memory has had zero ECC corrections.
