What is cpqHeCorrMemErrSyndrome?
This read-only octet string (0-2 bytes) is the memory syndrome value identifying which specific memory module, not just which bank, had the correctable error, also interpreted differently depending on machine type. Vendor support tools combine this with the DDR register value to identify precisely which physical DIMM slot needs replacement. Support may ask an admin for this syndrome value when confirming which of several DIMMs is causing repeated corrections.
