What is cpqHeAsrDialOutNumber?
This read-write display string (up to 60 characters) is the phone number dialed for remote diagnostics specifically when an ASR reset occurs. Distinct from cpqHeAsrPagerNumber, this is the number for a full remote-diagnostics session rather than a simple pager alert. An admin sets this to a remote support center's dial-in modem number so an ASR reset automatically connects the server for diagnosis.
