Module: CPQFCA-MIB

OID (symbolic): CPQFCA-MIB::cpqFcaPhyDrvThrViUsedReallocs

OID (numeric): 1.3.6.1.4.1.232.16.2.6.1.1.8

Node type: OBJECT-TYPE

Type: INTEGER

Access: read-only

Description: Used Reallocated Sectors Threshold Has Been Violated.

This is used to indicate whether the number of used sectors of the reallocation area for a physical drive has ever exceeded the maximum allowable threshold.

The valid values are:

false (1) Indicates that the Used Reallocated Sectors object (cpqFcaPhyDrvUsedReallocs) value has not exceeded the maximum threshold (cpqFcaPhyDrvThrUsedReallocs).

true (2) Indicates that the Used Reallocated Sectors object (cpqFcaPhyDrvUsedReallocs) value has exceeded the maximum threshold (cpqFcaPhyDrvThrUsedReallocs).

unknown (3) The agent is unable to determine if the drive has a threshold violation.

What is cpqFcaPhyDrvThrViUsedReallocs?

This enumerated value, false, true, or unknown, indicates whether the drive's used-reallocated-sectors count (cpqFcaPhyDrvUsedReallocs) has ever exceeded its configured maximum threshold (cpqFcaPhyDrvThrUsedReallocs). An admin uses this flag as a persistent history marker, since it stays true even if the live value later drops back under the threshold. For example, true(2) tells the admin this drive has at some point crossed the reallocation limit and warrants closer monitoring even if it currently looks fine.
