This index maps the thresholds to a physical drive. The value of this index is the same as the one used with the physical drive table.

What is cpqFcaPhyDrvThrIndex?

This integer maps a threshold table entry to its corresponding physical drive, using the same indexing scheme as the physical drive table. An admin uses this index to cross-reference a specific threshold, such as a maximum reallocated-sectors limit, back to the exact disk it applies to. For example, a threshold entry with index 4 corresponds directly to physical drive 4's monitored limits.
