What is cpqFcaPhyDrvHotPlug?
This enumerated value reports whether the physical drive supports hot-plug replacement, as other, hotPlug, or nonHotPlug. An admin checks this before pulling a live drive, since removing a nonHotPlug(3) drive while the system is running could cause data loss or system instability. For example, confirming hotPlug(2) status before swapping a failed disk lets a technician replace it without powering down the array.
