What is cpqFcaMibRevMajor?
This read-only integer (1-65535) is the major revision number of the CPQFCA-MIB itself, incrementing only when the Fibre Channel array monitoring schema changes architecturally. An administrator or management application checks it to confirm their tooling understands this version of the MIB before trusting the external Fibre Channel controller and accelerator data it reports. If a storage-management console can't parse this MIB's major revision, an admin would know to update its Fibre Channel array support before relying on its readings.
