other(1) Indicates that the storage agent cannot determine if the tape drive is part of a tape library.

false(3) The tape drive is not part of a tape library.
What is cpqFcTapeDriveLibraryDrive?
This enumerated value indicates whether the tape drive is part of a tape library, as other, true, or false. An admin uses this to distinguish standalone tape drives from those installed inside an automated library, which affects how the drive is managed and whether robotic tape-loading applies to it. For example, true(2) tells the admin this drive's media changes are handled automatically by the library's loader arm rather than manually.
