What is cpqExtArrSnapshotDateTime?

This 7-octet structured value gives the year, month, day, hour, minute, and second at which this snapshot was created. An admin reads this timestamp to know exactly when a given point-in-time copy was taken, which is essential when choosing the correct snapshot to restore from after a data loss incident. For example, comparing this creation timestamp against the time of an accidental file deletion helps the admin pick the most recent snapshot taken before the incident.
