This read-only Unsigned32 reports how many wireless stations currently appear in the AP's detected-station table, i.e., devices it has heard nearby whether associated or not. An admin uses this count to gauge overall wireless activity or density around the AP, including neighboring or rogue devices the AP has simply detected rather than only its own associated clients. For example, a coDot11NbDetectedStation count far higher than the AP's actual number of associated clients would tell the admin there are many neighboring or non-associated devices visible in that RF environment.
