This read-write CmConditionType lets management assign the alarm condition type associated with an environmental alarm input. An admin cares because it classifies what kind of fault a given physical input's trigger should be reported as, consistent with other condition types elsewhere in the system. For example, an admin configures one input's condition type as a door-open condition so its trigger is classified consistently with other door-open events.
