What is cmSysCondDescr?
This read-only CmConditionDescr contains a text description of a standing system-level condition. An admin cares because it gives a plain-text summary of each currently outstanding system fault without needing to decode numeric type codes. For example, reading cmSysCondDescr for each row of the table gives a readable summary of every currently open system-level condition at a glance.
