What is rlPhdUnitEnvParamFan1Status?
This read-only object reports the health state of the unit's fan 1, using the RlEnvMonState enumeration. An admin monitoring cooling health watches each fan status individually since a single failed fan can precede thermal throttling or shutdown even while other fans keep running. For example, if fan 1 alone reports a fault state while fans 2 through 5 remain normal, the admin knows exactly which physical fan module to swap out rather than replacing the whole fan tray.
