This read-create RowStatus object controls the creation, activation, or deletion of a row in the cascade port table, following the standard SNMP RowStatus conventions. An admin provisioning a new cascade or stacking port entry via SNMP would use this object to create and activate the row, or to delete an entry that is no longer needed. For example, when decommissioning a stacking link that is being physically removed, the admin sets this object to destroy to remove the corresponding row from the cascade table.
