This read-create object sets the {source,group,interface} triplet count at which the DC-PIM TIB Manager logs a warning exception for (S,G,I) state, with zero disabling it. An admin uses this as an early-warning threshold below the corresponding hard limit. For example, setting this warning threshold gives an admin lead time before per-interface SSM state exhaustion starts dropping new source-group-interface combinations.
