This read-create object defines the group-count threshold at which the DC-PIM TIB Manager logs an exception, warning that stored (*,G)/(S,G) state is approaching capacity, with zero meaning no warning. An admin sets this below rlPimTmEntGStateLimit to get advance notice before the hard limit is hit.
