Description: The time since the statistics counters were last reset, either by establishing the NMI join (caused by activating DC-PIM TIB Manager or DC-PIM Neighbor Manager, or by recovery after NMI join failure/fail-over) or by setting the rlPimNmEntClearStatsCounters object to 'true'.
What is rlPimNmEntStatsUpTime?
This read-only TimeTicks reports the time since this Neighbor Manager entity's statistics counters were last reset, either through establishing the NMI join or by setting rlPimNmEntClearStatsCounters to true. It gives the admin a time reference for how long currently visible statistics have been accumulating. For example, a short value here right after a fail-over event confirms the Neighbor Manager's statistics were reset as part of recovering the NMI join.
