What is rlPimNmEntStatsNumRecvRegisterStop?
This read-only counter records the valid PIM Register-Stop messages this DC-PIM Neighbor Manager entity has received, which are sent by an RP once it has switched to receiving source traffic natively via the shortest-path tree. An admin on a DR can use this counter to confirm the RP is properly signaling when encapsulation is no longer needed. For example, seeing this counter increase shortly after a source starts sending traffic indicates the SPT switchover completed correctly.
