What is rlPimNmEntStatsNumRecvCRPAdvert?
This read-only counter shows the number of valid Candidate-RP-Advertisement messages this DC-PIM Neighbor Manager entity has received, which are used in PIM-SM to elect rendezvous points dynamically. An admin can use this to confirm that the bootstrap router mechanism is hearing advertisements from candidate RPs on the network. For example, a value stuck at zero on a router expected to be the BSR would suggest candidate RPs aren't reaching it.
