What is rlPimNmEntStatsNumErrRegisterStop?
This read-only counter records PIM Register-Stop messages received by this DC-PIM Neighbor Manager entity that contained errors. An admin can use it to detect a malfunctioning RP that is sending malformed Register-Stop signals back to this DR. For example, if a DR keeps re-encapsulating traffic a source RP believes it already stopped, this error counter would help confirm corrupted Register-Stop delivery as the cause.
