This read-create TruthValue, when set to true, causes the DC-PIM Neighbor Manager to reset all its PimStatsCounter statistics, including those in the Neighbor Manager entity stats table and any interface or neighbor stats rows tied to it, and reading the object has no meaning. It's a control an admin uses to start a clean statistics window for troubleshooting or testing. For example, setting this to true right before a maintenance test clears out Hello, Join/Prune, and Assert counters so newly gathered stats reflect only the test window.
