What is rlipv6InterfaceNdDadAttemps?

This read-create value sets the number of Duplicate Address Detection attempts performed for Neighbor Discovery on an interface, from 0 to 600. An admin tunes this to control how many DAD probes are sent before an IPv6 address is considered unique, trading off startup speed against thoroughness of duplicate detection. For example, setting this to 0 disables duplicate address detection entirely on that interface.
