What is rlIpv6RouterAdvertPrefixAdvValidLifetime?
This read-write value sets, in seconds, how long a specified IPv6 prefix is advertised as valid, meaning addresses formed from it remain usable at all. An admin sets this to control the outer expiration window for addresses derived from the prefix, typically longer than the preferred lifetime. For example, setting this to 86400 keeps addresses from this prefix usable for a full day even after they stop being preferred for new use.
