What is rlInternInetStaticRouteOwner?
This read-only value reports how a static route in this internal table was configured, static, dhcp, default, or icmp, and whether it's saved to configuration. An admin checks this to see the origin of an internal static route entry, since dhcp- or icmp-derived entries behave differently on reboot than manually configured ones. For example, an entry marked default here reflects the system's built-in configuration rather than anything the admin or DHCP added.
